Ask AI can answer a wide range of questions, from specific details about a stakeholder to summaries of interactions. In addition to your own custom questions, Borealis also offers predefined suggested prompts that you can select as shortcuts.

- Optionally, use the filters in the column headers and/or quick filters to refine and narrow your results.

Suggested Prompts
When using Ask Borealis AI, you will see a set of predefined suggested prompts that can help you get started quickly. These suggested prompts are contextual, they change depending on where you are in Borealis:
- From an Individual profile: you'll see suggested prompts about that specific person (e.g., When was my last engagement with this individual?)
- From an Organisation profile: the suggested prompts focus on the organisation as a whole (e.g., What are the main topics discussed with this organisation?)
- From an Engagement plan: the suggested prompts are scoped to that plan and its linked records (e.g., What commitments are still open in this engagement plan?)
- From a list page: the suggested prompts help you explore patterns or insights across the records in that list (e.g., Which stakeholders are most frequently mentioned in these communications?)
This way, the suggested prompts are always relevant to the context you are working in.
Tips for Best Results
- Use clear and concise wording when asking a question.
- Your dataset selection is saved separately for each context: individual, organisation, and engagement plan. Ask AI remembers your preference the next time you return to each one.
- From any list page, use the filters in the column headers and/or quick filters to refine and narrow your results before asking a question.
- If the response is too broad, try rephrasing or making the question more specific.
- Explore predefined suggested prompts as a starting point if you're unsure what to ask.
