Sometimes you may want to import older emails into Borealis, not just new ones received after the integration was set up. The Synchronize Past Emails option allows you to bring your past emails into Borealis.
How it Works
Only emails matching your current configuration (Allow List, Block List, Folder Subscriptions) will be synchronized.
Emails will appear in Borealis as communications.
Synchronize Past Emails
- Click on your User Profile icon in the right hand corner of the top bar.
- Click on View profile.
- In the left hand menu, click on Integration.
- If you have not set up your integration yet, click on Link Microsoft account to create the link.
In the three dots to the right of your connected account, select Synchronize previous emails.
Select your preferred time range.
Confirm to start the synchronization.
Tip: This feature is especially useful for:
New users who want recent communications included in Borealis.
Catching up after a temporary disconnection.
