Introduction to Corporate Pack

Borealis Corporate Pack is an advanced stakeholder engagement cloud solution for corporations with multiple business units.

It allows centralizing data to ease corporate reporting:

  • Improve consistency of social and environmental information tracking and management across operations/corporate office;
  • Track management of obligations, commitments, and grievances;
  • Support compliance with permitting requirements;
  • Generate reports for executive management team;
  • Reduce burden on operations for monthly and quarterly reporting;
  • Track community investments with consistent definitions and categories.

Configuration at both corporate and site levels allows the corporate office to enforce standard data management. It allows each site to configure the system according to its specific needs and to manage its own projects.

EMAIL BCC: SENDING EMAILS TO CREATE COMMUNICATIONS

Each site has its own email address to create communications by email. There is no email address at the corporate level. For each site, the information is available by clicking the “Email BCC” hyperlink at the bottom of any form.

When using the Outlook Add-in feature, a new field is available for users with access to more than one site. This field will allow users to identify the site to which the communication applies.

When using the mobile app, users with access to more than one site will automatically connect to the last site they have visited. They may always change it in the settings afterwards.
