EMAIL BCC: SENDING EMAILS TO CREATE COMMUNICATIONS
Each site has its own email address to create communications by email. There is no email address at the corporate level. For each site, the information is available by clicking the “Email BCC” hyperlink at the bottom of any form.
When using the Outlook Add-in feature, a new field is available for users with access to more than one site. This field will allow users to identify the site to which the communication applies.
When using the mobile app, users with access to more than one site will automatically connect to the last site they have visited. They may always change it in the settings afterwards.
