Create and Edit an Individual | Borealis Mobile App

There are several ways to create new individuals using the Borealis Mobile Application:

• Filling the Create individual form
• Creating the individual from one of your phone contacts
• Using a business card.

Create an Individual from your Phone Contacts

You can create Individuals from your phone contacts.

1. Press the Create button.
2. Press the Individual icon.
   
3. From the Create individual form, press the ADDRESS BOOK option.
   
4. Several fields will be automatically populated based on the contact's information. Fill in the remaining fields as needed.
5. Press the Create button.

Create an Individual from a Business Card.

You can create from a business card either by taking a picture or using an image file from your phone.

1. Press the Create button.
2. Press the Individual icon.
3. From the Create individual form, press the BUSINESS CARD option.
   
4. You can then either take a picture of the business card, preferably in Landscape format 
   OR use an image from your phone's storage.
5. As the app analyses the image, several fields will be automatically populated based on the information available on the business card. Review and fill in the the remaining fields as needed.
6. Press the Create button.

Edit an Individual

You can edit existing individuals to correct or add more information.

1. Locate the individual you want to edit.
2. Press on it to open the Details page.
3. Press the Edit icon in the upper right corner of the app.
4. Press on the field(s) you want to edit and enter the corrected information.
5. After the individual has been updated, press the Save button.
