After adding an organisation as an active business, you can now add and manage contracts from the organisation page.
If a business is deactivated, all related contracts will have their status set to "Closed" with the end date matching the date at which the business was deactivated. If the business is reactivated, the contracts will retain the status of "Closed" unless they are manually reactivated.
Create a Contract
- Navigate to Organisations in Stakeholder Engagement.
- Select and open the organisation record to which you want to add a contract.
- In the left hand record menu, under Local business development, click on either the in-line + Add icon or the + Add icon in the Contracts list page.
- Fill in the information in the Add - Contracts page.
- Click the Save button.
Edit a Contract
- Navigate to Organisations in Stakeholder Engagement.
- Select and open the organisation record which has a contract you want to edit.
- In the left hand record menu, expand the Local business development menu.
- Open the Contracts sub menu.
- Mouseover the contract which you want to edit.
- Click the Edit button.
- Modify contract information as needed in the Contracts window.
- Click the Save button.
Close or Reopen a Contract
- Navigate to Organisations in Stakeholder Engagement.
- Select and open the organisation record which has a contract you want to close or reopen.
- In the left hand record menu, expand the Local business development menu.
- Open the Contracts sub menu.
- Mouseover the contract which you want to close or reopen.
- Click the Close contract or Reopen contract button.
- Fill in the form.
- Click the Close or Reopen button.
