View Company Assets that Overlap with Parcels Affected by Your Land Agreement

If your company assets have been entered in Borealis, you can view whether they overlap with the parcels covered by your land agreement. This is done automatically through the data entered in Borealis.

View the Record of Company Asset that Overlap with Parcels in Your Land Agreement

1. Navigate to Agreements in Land access.
2. Open the land agreement to which you want to view overlaps with company assets.
3. In the left hand record menu, select Overlaps.
   The information page lists all company assets that overlap with the parcels covered by this land agreement. 
4. Mouseover the asset line and click the View button to view an asset record.

View Company Assets that Overlap With Parcels in Your Land Agreement in Map View

You can view a map of the region where the company asset is located to more easily identify where they overlap with parcels in your agreement.

1. Navigate to Agreements in Land access.
2. Open the land agreement to which you want to view overlaps with company assets.
3. In the left hand record menu, select Overlaps.
   The information page lists all company assets that overlap with the parcels covered by this land agreement. 
4. Click the ... (ellipsis) menu in the upper right of the information page.
   
5. Select the Map option under Display.
