There are several ways to search for a specific individual or a group of individual.
Search for an Individual Using the Search Function
The search function is available on any page.
- Click the Search icon in the upper left hand corner of the banner area.
- In the right hand drop-down list, select Individuals.
- In the left hand search field, start typing the name of the individual (stakeholder) whose record you want to find.
- As you type their name, the search will filter and display possible matches.
- Click on the name of the stakeholder whose record you want to view.
Search for an Individual Using Column Headers
- Navigate to Individuals in Stakeholder engagement.
- If applicable, change the list view from Summary to Detailed.
- Click on a column header to open the filter window where you can filter your list by using the attribute of that column header.
I.e., Clicking on Full name will filter using the individual's (stakeholder) name. - In the Filter field, specify either the full name you are looking (like Donald Ackerman) for or a partial name (like Don).
- Click the Apply button.
This will filter and display results based on the value specified, matched against what is present in that column.
You can quickly clear a filter by clicking on Clear filter in the lower right hand side of the filter window.
Search for an Individual Using Quick Filters
In the individuals list page, you will see the quick filters bar that can help you quickly filter and display data you are looking for.
- Navigate to Individuals in Stakeholder engagement.
- In the Individuals list page, click on any of the Quick filters.
- You can then use the column headers to further refine your search and easily find the record you are looking for.
