Introduction to Distribution Lists

Difficulty: Easy

A distribution list is a predefined list of stakeholders (individuals and/or organisations). The Distribution lists register allows you to create and manage groups of stakeholders who share a common interest or with whom you engage on a regular basis. For example, you can create a list of stakeholders that attend recurring meetings. Rather than selecting each participant individually, you can select the distribution list for the corresponding stakeholder group. Each person on the list will automatically be added as a participant in the meeting.

Using predefined distribution lists is a convenient way to quickly and easily add stakeholders to your consultation records.
