Introduction to the Strategic Area of Investment

A Strategic Area of Investment (or Strategic Area of Social Investment) is a long-term social investment goal, against which actual expenditure is measured over an extended period. Strategic Areas of Investment are targeted in specific Investment Plans, and tracked over time in reports. Examples of Strategic Areas of Investment include: Education, Health, Culture, Indigenous People, Economic Development, Environment protection, etc.

Adding or changing records in the Strategic Areas of Investment register will most likely be an outcome of your company reviewing its social investment strategies.
