Screening Policy

After you add a new screening policy record, the system sets the status to active. The active status means that the screening policy is still in use. When the status is inactive, you will not be able to make changes to the record. Use the deactivate option on the workflow menu to set the status to inactive, or the reactivate option if you need to set it back to active.

Criteria

After you add a new item in the criteria table, the system sets the status to active. When the status is inactive, you will not be able to make changes to the record. Use the deactivate option and reactivate option in the workflow menu on the criteria form to set the status.
