The Governance component is used to establish the business development guidelines. It defines and manages the tender evaluation policy against which businesses are evaluated prior to be awarded a contract. Moreover, it defines and maintains rules associated with the periodic evaluation of the overall performance of companies that will be used during audits.
This component includes the following registers:
- Audit policies register; defines the set of rules that govern how a business is assessed in regular performance audits
- Tender evaluation policies register; defines the sets of rules that govern how a tender from a business is scored for an opportunity in a local business development program
