Introduction to the Governance Section

The Governance component is used to establish the business development guidelines. It defines and manages the tender evaluation policy against which businesses are evaluated prior to be awarded a contract. Moreover, it defines and maintains rules associated with the periodic evaluation of the overall performance of companies that will be used during audits.

This component includes the following registers:

  • Audit policies register; defines the set of rules that govern how a business is assessed in regular performance audits
  • Tender evaluation policies register; defines the sets of rules that govern how a tender from a business is scored for an opportunity in a local business development program
