Introduction to the Review Committee

A Review Committee (or Social Investment Review Committee) is a group of people made up of staff members or community representatives (or both), who will consider requests for Community Contribution and Strategic Social Investment for approval.

There may be many Review Committees. For instance, your company may have committees which specialize in certain topics, or you may need to define an ad-hoc committee to approve an extra ordinary request.

Adding or changing records in the Review Committee register may happen at any time in the ''Social Investment Planning Cycle''. However, changes to this Review Committee register will most likely be an outcome of your company defining a new investment plan.
