Update Rates when a New Set is Available

You can choose to add an entirely new set, or alternatively you can accelerate data entry by duplicating rates from another set of rate table and by modifying only those that have to be updated with a different amount. Make sure to make them active and remember to deactivate the older ones when they do not apply anymore.
