Introduction to the Competencies Register

A competency is a short measurable statement that describes what a candidate is expected to know, or to be able to do in order to be considered for a job offer in a local employment program.

This register allows you to manage the details of each competency recorded in the local employment program, and additionally:

  • Manage the list of candidates known to possess a competency
  • View each capacity-building event that targets a competency

 Working with this register

To work with this register, from the application menu, navigate to Modules > Local Employment > Capacity Management > Competencies.
