After you have assigned a checklist to your task, you will need to keep the checklist up-to-date as you complete items on it. You can update the status of the items individually or all at once.
Change the Status of a Single Checklist item
- Navigate to Tasks.
- In General information, scroll down to Checklist.
- Mouseover the checklist item you want to edit.
- Click the Update button on the right hand side.
- Select its state from the Value drop-down list.
- Specify a comment in the Comments field.
- Click the Save button.
Change the status of Multiple Checklist Items
- Navigate to Tasks.
- In General information, scroll down to Checklist.
- Click the Update all items button.
- Select a value from the Value drop-down list for each of the checklist items. If a Value was replaced for any of the items, it will be replaced by the new Value selected.
- Specify a comment in the Comments field.
- Click the Save button.
