If you are a superuser, you can also customize the list pages for all users provided they have not already customized their own pages.
You can customize your list pages (for example the Individuals list page, the Communications list page, etc.), to improve the manner in which the information is displayed and facilitate data understanding and analysis.
You can use the customization options to highlight key data, improve your data analysis experience, and quickly adapt to changing project requirements.
Superusers can also use the customization options to standardize the information display for everyone using non-customized view.

You can customize list pages to achieve results based on several

You can select relevant variables, sort data appropriately, and group related columns to gain a better understanding of situation and make data-driven decisions.
- You can use this feature to manage issues or grievances by configuring the columns to display issue details, risk levels, responsible person, the status of each item; and then leverage those tools to streamline the issue resolution process.
- You can also use this feature to analyze communications more efficiently. You can select specific columns to gain better insights on important items regarding the communications, the general atmosphere, and the stakeholders involved.
Add a Column to One of the Main List Page for Your Page
From the Table Configuration window
- Navigate to a list page to which you want to add a column.
- From the View menu, select Detailed.
- From the Tools menu, select Table Configuration.
- Select the FOR ME tab.
- Click the + Add button between any two fields or after the very last field.
- Select the field you want to add from the Field to add drop-down list.
- Click the Save button.
From the List Page
- Navigate to a list page in which you want to move a column.
- Place your cursor between two column headers.
- Click on the green + Add button that appears.
- Select the field you want to add from the Field to add drop-down list.
- Click the Save button.
Remove a Column from One of the List Page
When removing a column from the list page, you should note that only the column is removed from the grid. The column can be re-added to display the information again.
From the Table Configuration window
- Navigate to a list page from which you want to remove a column.
- From the View menu, select Detailed.
- From the Tools menu, select Table Configuration.
- Select the FOR ME tab.
- Click the Remove button on the right side of the header you want to remove.
- Click the Save button.
From the List Page
- Navigate to a list page to which you want to remove a column.
- Locate the column you want to remove.
- Click on the header and drag it to the bin to remove it from the view.
Reorder Columns on Your List Page
From the Table Configuration window
- Navigate to a list page for which you want to change the order of the columns.
- From the View menu, select Detailed.
- From the Tools menu, select Table Configuration.
- Select the FOR ME tab.
- Use the positioning lines on the left side to select the column you want to move and drag it it to its new location.
- Click the Save button.
From the List Page
- Navigate to a list page in which you want to move a column.
- Locate the column you want to move.
- Click on the positioning lines on the left side of the header and drag it to the new position.
You can use the positioning line to orient its new location.
Reset the Table Configuration View
You can reset the modified view to the Borealis default view from the Table configuration:
- Navigate to a list page for which you want to reset the column view.
- From the View menu, select Detailed.
- From the Tools menu, select Table configuration.
- Select the FOR ME tab.
- Click the Reset default button in the upper right corner of the form.
- Click the Save button.
