Configure Record Page Fields for All Users: Visibility, Required Fields, and Additional Fields

⚑  Prerequisite
Superuser access.

As a superuser, you can configure which fields are available, required, or hidden for all users in your Boréalis instance. This helps standardize data collection, improve readability, and streamline data entry across the organization.

Changes made in the FOR EVERYONE tab apply to all users and all views for the selected record type. If a field is hidden, any existing data stored in that field is retained and becomes visible again if the field is later made available.
