How our AI works
- We use the GPT-4o-mini and GPT-4.1-mini models through secure APIs hosted on Azure.
- The models are pre-trained by OpenAI. No customer data is used to train or fine-tune these models. We add a Borealis intelligence layer during the calls, but it is not trained with customer data.
- The AI services used are hosted in the region corresponding to the storage location of your data:
- Canada
- France (Paris)
- Australia
- The AI only accesses a static context and communications the user has access to in order to generate its responses.
