Filtering Your AI Insights

Much like filters used in Analytics, you can use filters in your AI Insights to zero in on the key data you want to view.

Unlike when you hide or flag insights as Not relevant, filters only modify the display of the insights list and do not modify the list per say.

You should also note that filters will remain active when you navigate to a new insight.

Add Filters to Your Insights List

  1. Navigate to either Individuals, Organisations, Communications, or Engagement plan in Stakeholder Engagement.
  2. Select the Individual, Organisation, Communication, or Engagement plan for which you want to add filters to view the insight list.
  3. Click on the pane arrow on the upper right hand corner of the screen to open the Quick view pane.
  4. Click the Insights option.
  5. Click + Add filter on the filter line.
  6. You can then add one or several filters on Type and/or a Filter on date.

  2. Select the Individual, Organisation, Communication, or Engagement plan for which you want to remove filters from your insight list.
  3. Click on the pane arrow on the upper right hand corner of the screen to open the Quick view pane.
  4. Click the Insights option.
  5. Click the - (Delete filter) to the left of the filter(s) you want to remove.
