AI Insights are being consistently generated as new data is added to Borealis and existing data is updated or correct To help you focus on the most relevant insights, you can use the Hide function in your Insights list to move them to the Hidden section once you have read them or for which you took action and no longer need to view them.
This lets you remove clutter from your list of insights and allows you to focus on important elements.
Hide Insights for Yourself
- Navigate to either Individuals, Organisations, Communications, or Engagement plan in Stakeholder Engagement.
- Select the Individual, Organisation, Communication, or Engagement plan for which you want to hide insights for yourself.
- Click on the pane arrow on the upper right hand corner of the screen to open the Quick view pane.
- Click the Insights option.
- Select the insight you want to hide from your active insights.
- Click the Hide icon.
The insight will be moved to your HIDDEN section.
Hide All Insights for Yourself
- Navigate to either Individuals, Organisations, Communications, or Engagement plan in Stakeholder Engagement.
- Select the Individual, Organisation, Communication, or Engagement plan for which you want to hide all insights for yourself.
- Click on the pane arrow on the upper right hand corner of the screen to open the Quick view pane.
- Click the Insights option.
- Click the Hide all for me button.
All insights in your NEW section will be moved to your HIDDEN section.
Unhide Insights for Yourself
- Navigate to either Individuals, Organisations, Communications, or Engagement plan in Stakeholder Engagement.
- Select the Individual, Organisation, Communication, or Engagement plan for which you want to unhide insights for yourself.
- Click on the pane arrow on the upper right hand corner of the screen to open the Quick view pane.
- Click the Insights option.
- Click the Hidden section
- Select the insight you want to unhide.
- Click the Unhide icon.
The insight will be moved to your NEW section.
