AI Insights are being constantly generated as new data is added to Borealis or existing data is updated or corrected. You can use the Hide and Unhide feature to remove clutter and processed insights from your insights list.
You can also use the Not relevant function to remove insights that are not relevant or are inaccurate from your insights list as well as everyone else's insights list and send them to the Hidden section..
Hide Insights for Yourself and Everyone
- Navigate to either Individuals, Organisations, Communications, or Engagement plan in Stakeholder Engagement.
- Select the Individual, Organisation, Communication, or Engagement plan for which you want to hide insights for yourself and everyone else.
- Click on the pane arrow on the upper right hand corner of the screen to open the Quick view pane.
- Click the Insights option.
- As you view Insights, if they are not relevant to you or other people on your team, you can click the Not relevant button.
- Select a reason from the Reason drop-down list.
- Specify a comment in the Comments field as needed.
- Click the Save button.
The insight will be moved to the HIDDEN section for both yourself and everyone else who can access this record.
Make Previously Hidden Insights Visible Again
- Navigate to either Individuals, Organisations, Communications, or Engagement plan in Stakeholder Engagement.
- Select the Individual, Organisation, Communication, or Engagement plan for which you want to unhide insights for yourself and everyone else.
- Click on the pane arrow on the upper right hand corner of the screen to open the Quick view pane.
- Click the Insights option.
- Click the Hidden section.
- Select the insight you want to unhide for yourself and your organisation.
- Click the Is relevant button.
The insight will be moved to the NEW section for yourself and everyone else who can access this record.
