Create a Property

Properties group parcels belonging to the same stakeholder or group of stakeholders together. This allows you to view how your engagement strategy is progressing for a particular stakeholder or group of stakeholders and all their parcels.

Create a Property

1. Navigate to Properties in Land access.
2. Click the + Create button in the upper left corner of the list page.
3. In the Properties form, enter information for the mandatory fields.
4. Property ID: This field represents the name of the property and will be used to identify it in other pages.
5. Parcels: This multi-select drop-down list lets you select one or several parcels that will be included in this property.
6. Owners selection: This drop down list lets you select one of two options. You can either select:
   • Select all parcel titleholders, in which case the titleholders of the parcels previously selected will be automatically added. This is the preferred method because this is how properties are expected to be built.
   • Select manually and manually add the stakeholders you want to include from the drop down list.
7. Click the Save button.
