Create or Import Impact Measurement

You can track the impact of your Community contributions and Strategic community investments through the Impact measurement. Available directly from those records, you can follow-up on your social investments, after the money has been delivered, and add the results to your records. 

You can then use our Analytics feature to create reports on your social investment initiatives.

Add Impact Measurements to Your Records

1. Navigate to either Community contribution or Strategic community investments in Social investment.
2. Open the record to which you want to add impact measurement.
3. In the left hand menu, select Impact measurement.
4. Click the + Add in-inline button OR click the + Add on the Impact measurement list page.
   
5. Fill in the fields:
   • Metric: This represents the metric you are measuring. It is populated through the Impact measure metrics data dictionary.
   • Date: This represents the date at which the impact was measured.
   • Value: This represents the value that quantifies the metric.
   • Comment: You can specify a comment to document the impact measurement.
6. Click the Save button.
