You can use the Outlook add-in to flag grievances directly from communications in your inbox. This can help you streamline the grievance creation process and reduce the risk of losing information.
Create a Grievances From the Outlook Add-in
- From your Inbox, click the New Mail button or select an email that you received.
- Click on the Borealis add-in icon on the ribbon.
- Enter your login credentials for Borealis if you are not already logged in and click the Login button.
- Select and fill in the correct information in the add-in to document the communication properly.
- Scroll to the This is a grievance checkbox and flag it.
You may need to add the field to your Outlook add-in.
- Click the Save button.
A confirmation banner will then be displayed at the bottom of the add-in to confirm the grievance and communication creation.
