With this update, field agents and project managers can manage land data seamlessly, increasing productivity and ensuring smoother workflows.

Stakeholder Engagement
- Grievances Add-on: A new feature allows you to copy the address of the main grievant when creating a grievance by selecting the Use address from main grievant option, streamlining the process.

Commitments:
- New fields now display process duration in both calendar days and business days on the Analytics and list pages.
- You can now cancel a commitment when it is no longer relevant and does not require fulfillment.

Engagement Plans:
- Stakeholder batch updates are now available in the Planning - Stakeholders section of Engagement Plans. You can update multiple stakeholders’ Engagement Level, Next Step, Engagement Status, and Role in one action.
- When creating activities, you can automatically select all stakeholders from the Engagement Plan or choose specific stakeholders exclusively from the Engagement Plan.
- Stakeholders: The Categorization data dictionary now supports values that apply to both Organizations and Individuals.
- US Database of Government Officials: Governor’s offices have been added to the state-level database, with an average of 65 new officials per state.
- Duplicate Management: The duplicate detection algorithm has been enhanced, reducing the number of potential duplicates generated.
- Duplicate Prevention: When importing stakeholders using the Excel importer template, Borealis will now notify you if a duplicate stakeholder is detected. A new column allows you to override and force the import even if another stakeholder shares the same name.
Land Management
- Land Titles: A new section allows the addition of Other Interested Parties, such as easement holders, banks, or regulators, to Land Titles. This information automatically flows to the parcel record.
- Company Assets: Company Assets can now be linked to Community Contributions.
- Agreements: Agreements can now be linked to Issues. Additionally, a new Other responsible people field allows the selection of additional staff members involved in managing the agreement.
- Parcel Occupants: A new Excel template is available for importing parcel occupants.
- Land Management Engagement Plans: When selecting parcels, you can now exclude specific stakeholders based on their categorization using the new Stakeholder Categories to Exclude field.
- Parcels: Parcel records now feature four dedicated pages showing linked Communications, Commitments, Issues, and Grievances, replacing the previous single All Engagements page.
General
- Read-Only Users: Users with read-only access (such as SE-Guest or Read Only project profiles) can now add, edit, and delete their own comments on records they can view.
- Excel Importers: Required fields are now marked with an asterisk for clearer distinction between mandatory fields and optional notes.
- API: New fields have been introduced in various registers (Individuals, Organizations, Parcels, Agreements) specifically for API integrations, allowing these fields to store unique identifiers from other systems. These fields are modifiable only through the API or by superusers.
Outlook Add-in
- Tooltips: The fields in the Outlook add-in now display the same tooltips as those found in the web communication creation form for consistency.
Social Investment
- Community Contributions: Community Contributions can now be linked to Company Assets, facilitating better asset management.
Analytics
- Reports: New report filters have been added, allowing you to create reports based on Tasks, Commitments, and Agreements within Land Management.
Tasks
- Follow-ups: When adding a follow-up, documents can now be attached directly as part of the same action for improved workflow efficiency.
