Deactivate or Activate a Land Unit

To keep data up-to-date, it is possible to deactivate land units either permanently, or temporarily and reactivate them at a later date if required.

When a land unit is deactivated:

• This record will be greyed out in the list page.
• You will no longer be able to edit the deactivated record.
• The record will no longer appear in drop-down lists where it normally would.
  This also means that you will not be able to link other records to this record.

Deactivating and Activating a record leaves a trace in the Action history, which can be accessed from the left-hand menu at the bottom of the screen.

Deactivate or Activate a Land Unit

1. Navigate to Land unit in Land access.
2. Open the land unit you want to deactivate or activate.
3. Click the Actions menu.

4. Select Deactivate or Activate.

   

5. Specify additional information on the status change in the Comments field.
6. Click the Deactivate or Activate button.
