Deactivate or Activate a Parcel

To keep data up-to-date, it is possible to deactivate parcels either permanently, or temporarily and reactivate them at a later date when they are needed.

Deactivating a parcel record means that:

  • This record will be greyed out in the list page.
  • You will no longer be able to edit the deactivated record.
  • The record will no longer appear in drop-down lists where it normally would.
    This also means that you will be unable to link other records to this record.

Deactivating and Activating a record will leave a trace in the Action history of the left hand menu.

Deactivate or Activate a Parcel

  1. Navigate to Parcels in Land access.
  2. Open the parcel you want to deactivate or to activate.
  3. Click the Actions menu.
  4. Select Deactivate or Activate.
  5. Specify additional information on the status change in the Comments field.
  6. Click the Deactivate or Activate button.
