Deactivate or Activate a Company Asset

To keep data up-to-date, it is possible to deactivate company assets either permanently, or temporarily and reactivate them at a later date when they are needed.

When a company asset record is deactivated:

• This record will be greyed out in the list page.
• You will no longer be able to edit the deactivated record.
• The record will no longer appear in drop-down list where it normally would.
  This also means that you will not be able to link other records to this record.

Deactivating and Activating this record leaves a trace in the Action history, which can be accessed from the left-hand menu at the bottom of the screen.

Deactivate or Activate a Company Asset

1. Navigate to Company assets in Land access.
2. Open the company asset you want to deactivate or to activate.
3. Click the Actions menu.

4. Select Deactivate or Activate.

   

5. Specify additional information on the status change in the Comments field.
6. Click the Deactivate or Activate button.
