Although an Engagement Plan can be created and linked to a Company Asset from the engagement plan record, you can also create a new Engagement Plan or link an existing one directly from a Company Asset record.
Link a Company Asset to an Engagement Plan (Actions Menu)
- Navigate to Company assets in Land access.
- Locate and open the company asset to which you want to link an engagement plan.
Note: If the company asset is inactive, you must reactivate it before linking it to an engagement plan. - Click the Actions button in the top right-hand corner of the information page.
- Select the Link to engagement plan option.

In the Engagement plan drop-down list, select one or more engagement plans you want to link to this company asset and click Save.
Link Multiple Company Assets to an Engagement Plan
- Go to the Company Assets list page.
- Click Select multiple.
- Select the Company Asset records you want to link.
Click on the Actions(…) button and choose Link to engagement plan.
- Select the Engagement Plan to link to the selected Company Asset records, and then click Save.
Add an Engagement Plan to a Company Asset
- Navigate to Company assets in Land access.
- Locate and open the company asset to which you want to link an engagement plan.
Note: If the company asset is inactive, you must reactivate it before linking it to an engagement plan. - In the left-hand record menu, click the + Add in-line option OR select Engagement plans under Stakeholder engagement and click the + Add button on the Engagement plans information page.
- Select either Create a new record OR select Link an existing record.
- In the Select drop-down list, select one or more engagement plans you want to link to this company asset and click the Link button. Alternatively, you can create a new engagement plan using the + Create button.
