Link a Company Asset to an Engagement plan from a Company Asset Record

While you can create engagement plans, then link them to a company asset from the engagement plan itself, you can also link and create engagement plans directly from a company asset.

Link a Company Asset to an Engagement Plan (Actions Menu)

1. Navigate to Company assets in Land access.
2. Locate and open the company asset to which you want to link an engagement plan.
   If the company asset is inactive, it will need to be reactivated before you can link them to an engagement plan.
3. Click the Actions button in the top right hand corner of the information page.
4. Select the Link to engagement plan option.
   
5. In the Engagement plan drop-down list, select the engagement plan you want to link to this company asset.
6. Click the Save button.

Add an Engagement Plan to a Company Asset

1. Navigate to Company assets in Land access.
2. Locate and open the company asset to which you want to link an engagement plan.
   If the company asset is inactive, it will need to be reactivated before you can link them to an engagement plan.
3. In the left hand record menu, click the + Add in-line option OR select Engagement plans under Stakeholder engagement and click the + Add button in the Engagement plans information page.
4. Select either Create a new record OR select Link an existing record.
   
   
5. In the Select drop-down list, select the engagement plan you want to link to this company asset
   OR Create a new engagement plan using the + Create button.
   
6. Click the Link button.
