Add or Remove a Community contribution from a Company asset

You can create and link a Community contribution to a Company asset from the Social investment menu. Alternatively, you can also create a new Community Contribution or link an existing one directly from a Company asset record.

View Community contributions Linked to a Company asset

1. Navigate to Company asset in Land access.
2. Locate and open the company asset for which you want to view the details of a community contribution.
3. In the left-hand menu, select Social investment.
4. In the Community contributions information page, hover over the community contribution for which you want to view details.
5. Click the View button on the right-hand side of the page.
   

You will then be taken to the General information page of this community contribution.

Add or Link a Community contribution to a Company asset 

1. Navigate to Company assets in Land access.
2. Locate and open the company asset to which you want to add a community contribution.
   If the company asset is inactive, it will need to be reactivated before you can link them to a community contribution.
3. In the left-hand record menu, click the + Add in-line option for Community contribution OR select Community contribution under Social investment and click the + Add button in the Community contribution information page.
4. Select either Create a new record OR select Link an existing record.
   
    
5. In the Select drop-down list, select the community contribution you want to link to this company asset OR Create a new community contribution using the + Create button.
   
6. Click the Link button.

Unlink a Community contribution from a Company asset

1. Navigate to Company asset in Land access.
2. Locate and open the company asset from which you want to unlink a community contribution.
3. In the left-hand menu, select Social investment.
4. In the Community contributions information page, hover over the community contribution you want to unlink.
5. Click the Unlink button on the right-hand side of the page.
