Add Occupants to a Parcel

After creating your parcel, you can add occupants to them so as to track who is currently inhabiting the parcel.

Add an Occupant to a Parcel Record

1. Navigate to Parcels in Land access.
2. Locate and open the parcel to which you want to add an occupant.
3. In the left hand record menu, click the + Add in-line option for Occupants OR select Occupants and click the + Add button in the Occupants information page.
   
   
4. Enter a comment in the Comments field.
5. Click the Save button.

Edit an Occupant of a Parcel

1. Navigate to Parcels in Land access.
2. Locate and open the parcel for which you want to edit one of its occupants.
3. In the left hand menu, select Occupants.
4. In the Occupants information page, mouseover the occupant which you want to edit.
5. Click the Edit button on the right hand side of the page.
   
6. Modify the occupant information as needed.
7. Click the Save button.

Deactivate an Occupant of a Parcel

This action should be executed when a stakeholder has been an occupant of the parcel in the past and is not an occupant anymore. If the stakeholder is there by mistake, the line should be removed instead.

1. Navigate to Parcels in Land access.
2. Locate and open the parcel for which you want to deactivate an occupant.
3. In the left hand menu, select Occupants.
4. In the Occupants information page, mouseover the occupant which you want to deactivate.
5. Click the Deactivate button on the right hand side of the page.
   
6. Specify information in the Deactivate form as needed.
7. Click the Deactivate button.

Remove an Occupant From a Parcel

This action should be executed only if the stakeholder is there by mistake. If a stakeholder has been an occupant of the parcel in the past and is not an occupant anymore, the occupant should be deactivated instead.

1. Navigate to Parcels in Land access.
2. Locate and open the parcel from which you want to remove an occupant.
3. In the left hand menu, select Occupants.
4. In the Occupants information page, mouseover the occupant you want to remove.
5. Click the More (Ellipsis) button.
6. Click the Remove button.
