Linking Company Assets to a Distribution List

You can add distribution lists to a company asset from the company asset record to indicate that the distribution list is used to manage stakeholders affected by that asset.

View Distribution List Information from a Company Asset

  1. Navigate to Company asset in Land access.
  2. Locate and open the company asset for which you want to view the details of a distribution list.
  3. In the left-hand menu, select Distribution lists.
  4. In the Distribution lists information page, hover over the distribution list for which you want to view details.
  5. Click the View button on the right-hand side of the page.

You will be redirected to the General Information page of this distribution list.

Add or Link a Distribution List to a Company Asset Record

  1. Navigate to Company asset in Land access.
  2. Open the company asset record to which you want to add a distribution list.
  3. In the left-hand record menu, click the + Add in-line option for Distribution lists OR select Distribution lists and click the + Add button in the Distribution lists information page.
  4. Select either Create a new record OR select Link an existing record.

  5. To link an existing distribution list to the company asset, select the distribution list from the Select drop-down list and click the Link button. Alternatively, click + Create to create a new record.

Unlink a Distribution List from a Company Asset

  1. Navigate to Company asset in Land access.
  2. Locate and open the company asset from which you want to unlink a distribution list.
  3. In the left-hand menu, select Distribution lists.
  4. In the Distribution lists information page, hover over the distribution list you want to unlink.
  5. Click the Unlink button on the right-hand side of the page.
