After creating your parcel, you can add specific conditions to it. Specific conditions can cover actions to perform when accessing them or other important considerations to take into account. If the conditions are officially part of an agreement with land owners, they should be added to an agreement instead, and they wull show in the Conditions from agreements information page.

Add a Specific Condition to a Parcel Record
- Navigate to Parcels in Land access.
- Locate and open the parcel to which you want to add a specific condition.
- In the left hand record menu, click the + Add in-line option for Parcel specific conditions OR select Parcel specific conditions and click the + Add button in the Parcel specific conditions information page.
- Fill in the mandatory fields and optional fields as needed:
- Condition type: This indicates the type of condition. This drop-down list is populated form the Condition type data dictionary.
- Status: This drop-down list is used to select the current status of this condition.
- Condition details: You should enter the details regarding this specific condition.
- Start date and End date: These fields allow you to select the start and end dates for which this condition will be active.
- Click the Save button.
You can also flag Create another to directly open a new creation form and create another specific condition for this parcel.
Edit a Specific Condition of a Parcel
- Navigate to Parcels in Land access.
- Locate and open the parcel for which you want to edit a specific condition.
- In the left hand menu, select Parcel specific conditions.
- In the Parcel specific conditions information page, mouseover the condition which you want to edit.
- Click the Edit button on the right hand side of the page.
- Modify the information as needed.
- Click the Save button.
Remove a Specific Condition From a Parcel
This action should be executed only if the condition was entered there by mistake. If a condition has been valid but is not valid anymore, it should be edited instead and its Status should be set to Inactive, and optionally its End date can be adjusted.
- Navigate to Parcels in Land access.
- Locate and open the parcel from which you want to remove a specific condition.
- In the left hand menu, select Parcel specific conditions.
- In the Parcel specific conditions information page, mouseover the address you want to remove.
- Click the Remove button on the right hand side of the page.
