After creating your parcel, you can add issues related to it.
This article covers the following:
Add an Issue to a Parcel
- Navigate to Parcels in Land access.
- Locate and open the parcel to which you want to add an issue.
- In the left hand record menu, click the + Add in-line option for Issues OR select Issues and click the + Add button in the Issues information page.
- Select either Create a new record OR select Link an existing record.
- In the Select drop-down list, select the issue you want to link to this parcel OR Create a new issue using the + Create button.
- Click the Link button.
View an Issue from a Parcel
- Navigate to Parcels in Land access.
- Locate and open the parcel for which you want to view the details of an issue.
- In the left hand menu, select Issues.
- In the Issues information page, mouseover the issue for which you want to view details.
- Click the View button on the right hand side of the page.
You will then be taken to the General information page of this issue.
Unlink an Issue From a Parcel
- Navigate to Parcels in Land access.
- Locate and open the parcel from which you want to unlink an issue.
- In the left hand menu, select Issues.
- In the Issues information page, mouseover the issue you want to unlink.
- Click the Unlink button on the right hand side of the page.
