After creating a land title, you can add, update, or remove other interested parties associated with it. Other interested parties are individuals or organizations that hold rights or claims related to the parcels linked to the land title, such as caveats, easements, encumbrances, and similar interests. Managing these records helps you maintain accurate information about all parties with an interest in the land title.

Add an Interested Party to a Land Title
- Navigate to Land titles in Land access.
- Locate and open the land title to which you want to add an interested party.
- In the left-hand record menu, click the + Add in-line option for Other interested parties OR select Other interested parties and click the + Add button in the Other interested parties list page.

Select an existing stakeholder from the Stakeholder drop-down list.
- Specify a comment in the Comments field.
- In the Restricted to drop-down list, you can select whether this interest is restricted to a specific parcel or applies to all parcels covered by the land title when multiple parcels are associated with the land title.
- Click the Save button.
Edit an Interested Party in a Land Title
- Navigate to Land titles in Land access.
- Locate and open the land title containing the interested party you want to edit.
- In the left-hand menu, select Other interested parties.
- In the Other interested parties list, hover over the stakeholder which you want to edit.
- Click the Edit button on the right-hand side of the page.
- Modify the information as needed.
- Click the Save button.
Remove an Interested Party from a Land Title
- Navigate to Land titles in Land access.
- Locate and open the land title from which you want to remove an interested party.
- In the left-hand menu, select Other interested parties.
- In the Other interested parties list , hover over the stakeholder you want to remove.
- Click the Remove button on the right-hand side of the page.
