After creating a land title, you can add other interested parties to it and track who is currently related and interested in this land title. Other interested parties hold rights or claims on the parcel, such as caveats, easements, encumbrances, and similar interests.

Add an Interested Party to a Land Title Record
- Navigate to Land titles in Land access.
- Locate and open the land title to which you want to add an interested party.
- In the left hand record menu, click the + Add in-line option for Other interested parties OR select Other interested parties and click the + Add button in the Other interested parties information page.
- Select an existing stakeholder from the Stakeholder drop-down list.
- Specify a comment in the Comments field.
- If more than one parcel is included in the land title record, you can select whether this particular interest is restricted to a specific parcel or to all parcels covered by the land title.
- Click the Save button.
Edit an Interested Party of a Land Title
- Navigate to Land titles in Land access.
- Locate and open the land title for which you want to edit its interested parties.
- In the left hand menu, select Other interested parties.
- In the Other interested parties information page, mouseover the stakeholder which you want to edit.
- Click the Edit button on the right hand side of the page.
- Modify the information as needed.
- Click the Save button.
Remove an Interested Party From a Land Title
- Navigate to Land titles in Land access.
- Locate and open the land title from which you want to remove an interested party.
- In the left hand menu, select Other interested parties.
- In the Other interested parties information page, mouseover the stakeholder you want to remove.
- Click the Remove button on the right hand side of the page.
