Add, Remove, or View Grievances for an Agreement

After creating an agreement, you can add grievances to document and manage issues, concerns, or complaints associated with the agreement.

This article covers the following:

View a Grievance for an Agreement

  1. Navigate to Agreements in Land access.
  2. Locate and open the agreement that contains the grievance whose details you want to view.
  3. In the left-hand menu, select Grievances.
  4. In the Grievances list, hover over the grievance for which you want to view details.
  5. Click the View button on the right-hand side of the page.

You will be redirected to the grievance's general information page.

Add a Grievance to an Agreement

  1. Navigate to Agreements in Land access.
  2. Locate and open the agreement to which you want to add a grievance.
  3. In the left-hand record menu, click the + Add in-line option for Grievances OR select Grievances and click the + Add button in the Grievances information page.
  4. Select either Create a new record OR select Link an existing record.

  5. In the Select drop-down list, select the grievance you want to link to this agreement and click the Link button OR Create a new grievance using the + Create button.

Unlink a Grievance from an Agreement

  1. Navigate to Agreements in Land access.
  2. Locate and open the agreement from which you want to unlink a grievance.
  3. In the left-hand menu, select Grievances.
  4. In the Grievances list, hover over the grievance which you want to unlink.
  5. Click the Unlink button on the right-hand side of the page.
