Add Related Engagements to a Company Asset

After creating your company asset, you can add related engagements to it.

Add a Related Engagement to a Company Asset

1. Navigate to Company assets in Land access.
2. Locate and open the company asset to which you want to add a related engagement.
3. In the left hand record menu, click the + Add in-line option for Related engagements OR select Related engagements and click the + Add button in the Related engagements information page.
   
   
4. In the Select drop-down list, select the engagement you want to link to this company asset.
5. Click the Link button.

View an Related Engagement From a Company Asset

1. Navigate to Company assets in Land access.
2. Locate and open the company asset for which you want to view the details of a related engagement.
3. In the left hand menu, select Related engagements.
4. In the Related engagements information page, mouseover the related engagement for which you want to view details.
5. Click the View button on the right hand side of the page.
   

You will then be taken to the General information page of this engagement.

Unlink a Related Engagement From a Company Asset

1. Navigate to Company assets in Land access.
2. Locate and open the company asset for which you want to unlink a related engagement.
3. In the left hand menu, select Related engagements.
4. In the Related engagements information page, mouseover the related engagement you want to unlink.
5. Click the Unlink button on the right hand side of the page.
