Add Related Stakeholders to a Company Asset

After creating your company asset, you can add related stakeholders to it.

Add a Related Stakeholder to a Company Asset

1. Navigate to Company assets in Land access.
2. Locate and open the company asset to which you want to add a related stakeholder.
3. In the left hand record menu, click the + Add in-line option for Related stakeholders OR select Related stakeholders and click the + Add button in the Related stakeholders information page.
   
   
4. In the Stakeholders drop-down list, select the related stakeholder you want to link to this company asset.
5. Specify additional information as needed in the Comments field.
6. Click the Save button.

Edit a Related Stakeholder From a Company Asset

1. Navigate to Company assets in Land access.
2. Locate and open the company asset for which you want to view the details of a related stakeholder.
3. In the left hand menu, select Related stakeholders.
4. In the Related stakeholders information page, mouseover the related stakeholder for which you want to view details.
5. Click the Edit button on the right hand side of the page.
   
6. Modify information as needed.
7. Click the Save button.

Unlink a Related Stakeholder From a Company Asset

1. Navigate to Company assets in Land access.
2. Locate and open the company asset for which you want to unlink a related stakeholder.
3. In the left hand menu, select Related stakeholders.
4. In the Related stakeholders information page, mouseover the related stakeholder you want to unlink.
5. Click the Remove manual link button on the right hand side of the page.
