After creating a company asset, you can add related stakeholders to it.

Add a Related Stakeholder to a Company Asset
- Navigate to Company assets in Land access.
- Open the company asset record to which you want to add a related stakeholder.
- In the left-hand record menu, click the + Add in-line option for Related stakeholders OR select Related stakeholders and click the + Add button in the Related stakeholder's information page.

In the Stakeholders drop-down list, select the related stakeholder you want to link to this company asset.
- Specify additional information as needed in the Comments field.
- Click the Save button.
Note: Stakeholders that overlap with the company asset are automatically displayed in the Related stakeholders list. A manual link can still be added for these stakeholders if required.
Edit a Related Stakeholder from a Company Asset
- Navigate to Company assets in Land access.
- Open the company asset record for which you want to view the details of a related stakeholder.
- In the left-hand menu, select Related stakeholders.
- On the Related stakeholder's information page, hover over the related stakeholder for which you want to view details.
- Click the Edit button on the right-hand side of the page.
- Modify the information as needed.
- Click the Save button.
Unlink a Related Stakeholder from a Company Asset
- Navigate to Company assets in Land access.
- Open the company asset record for which you want to unlink a related stakeholder.
- In the left-hand menu, select Related stakeholders.
- In the Related stakeholder's information page, hover over the related stakeholder you want to unlink.
- Click the Remove manual link button on the right-hand side of the page.
Note: Stakeholders that appear because they overlap with the company asset cannot be removed using this action. The Remove manual link action only removes stakeholder associations that were manually created. The stakeholder will continue to appear as a related stakeholder based on the automatic overlap calculation.
