Add a Grievance to Your Parcel

After creating your parcel, you can add grievances related to it.

Add a Grievance to a Parcel

1. Navigate to Parcels in Land access.
2. Locate and open the parcel to which you want to add a grievance.
3. In the left hand record menu, click the + Add in-line option for Grievances OR select Grievances and click the + Add button in the Grievances information page.
4. Select either Create a new record OR select Link an existing record.
   
   
5. In the Select drop-down list, select the grievance you want to link to this parcel OR Create a new grievance using the + Create button.
   
6. Click the Link button.

View a Grievance from a Parcel

1. Navigate to Parcels in Land access.
2. Locate and open the parcel for which you want to view the details of a grievance.
3. In the left hand menu, select Grievances.
4. In the Grievances information page, mouseover the grievance for which you want to view details.
5. Click the View button on the right hand side of the page.
   

You will then be taken to the General information page of this grievance.

Unlink a Grievance From a Parcel

1. Navigate to Parcels in Land access.
2. Locate and open the parcel for which you want to unlink a grievance.
3. In the left hand menu, select Grievances.
4. In the Grievances information page, mouseover the grievance which you want to unlink.
5. Click the Unlink button on the right hand side of the page.
