Add Communications to Your Parcels

After creating your parcel, you can add communications related to it.

This article covers the following:

Add a Communication to a Parcel

  1. Navigate to Parcels in Land access.
  2. Locate and open the parcel to which you want to add a communication.
  3. In the left hand record menu, click the + Add in-line option for Communications OR select Communications and click the + Add button in the Communications information page.
  4. Select either Create a new record OR select Link an existing record.

  5. In the Select drop-down list, select the communication you want to link to this parcel OR Create a new communication using the + Create button.

  6. Click the Link button.

View a Communication from a Parcel

  1. Navigate to Parcels in Land access.
  2. Locate and open the parcel for which you want to view the details of a communication.
  3. In the left hand menu, select Communications.
  4. In the Communications information page, mouseover the communication for which you want to view details.
  5. Click the View button on the right hand side of the page.

You will then be taken to the General information page of this communication.

Unlink a Communication From a Parcel

  1. Navigate to Parcels in Land access.
  2. Locate and open the parcel for which you want to unlink a communication from.
  3. In the left hand menu, select Communications.
  4. In the Communications information page, mouseover the communication which you want to unlink.
  5. Click the Unlink button on the right hand side of the page.
