Create and Edit an Assessment Program

Understanding and assessing the diverse needs and perspectives of stakeholders is paramount for any organization's success. Assessment programs are a great tool to help you assess your stakeholders and their needs, giving you a deeper understanding of the interaction dynamic and fostering improved engagement strategies.

Create an Assessment Program

  1. Navigate to Assessment programs in Stakeholder Engagement.
  2. Click the +Create button in the upper left corner of the list page.
  3. Fill in the mandatory fields:
    1. Title: This represents the name used to refer to the assessment program.
    2. Projects: This indicates the project this assessment program is linked to and determines who can access it.
    3. Stakeholder type: This indicates the type of stakeholders that will be assessed in this assessment program. You can select multiple using the Ctrl key.
  4. Fill in any additional information in the remaining fields.
  5. Click the Save button.
    You can flag Create another to bring up a new form and create another assessment program.

Edit an Assessment Program

  1. Navigate to Assessment programs in Stakeholder Engagement.
  2. Select and open the assessment program which you want to edit.
  3. In the left hand menu, select General information.
  4. Click the Edit (pencil) icon in the upper right corner of the information page.
  5. Modify the information as needed.
  6. Click the Save button.

Update Assessment Programs in Batch

  1. Navigate to Assessment programs in Stakeholder Engagement.
  2. Click the Select multiple button in the upper right corner of the list page.
  3. Flag the assessment programs you want to update in your batch update.
  4. Click the ellipsis (...) Actions menu in the upper right corner of the list page.
  5. Select Batch update.
  6. Select whether this batch update adds new information to the existing values in your assessment programs OR replaces the values currently in your assessment programs.
    • Flag Only add value for multi-choice field if you want to add the new values selected in this batch update to the existing values in your assessment programs.
    • Unflag Only add value for multi-choice field if you want to replace the values currently in your assessment programs with the new values selected in this batch update.
  7. You can then flag either Project, Responsible person, or Engagement plans and use their corresponding drop-down list to select new values.
  8. Click the Update button
