Assessment Programs Section
- The Assessment Programs section is now available in the Stakeholder Engagement module.
- Users can create multiple assessment programs, each with customized axes to meet specific needs.
- Team Data Segregation: Each program can be assigned to one or multiple projects to ensure confidentiality and privacy.
- Linking to Engagement Plans: Programs can be connected to existing engagement plans and subject categories for integrated tracking.
Assessment Program Configuration
- Two axes can be pinned for quick access and displayed prominently in stakeholder assessments.
- Only users with the SE - Assessment Manager profile can configure programs.
- Set up alert triggers based on axis values to track significant changes and reassessments.
- The Assessment Matrix Widget can be configured with two axes to define the X and Y axes. Additionally, stakeholders can be categorized by either an attribute of the stakeholder or another assessment axis, determining the colors displayed in the chart for easy visualization.
Types of Axes
- Value-based Axes: Customizable axes with specific values. These axes are assessed manually by users while performing assessments.
- Calculated Axes: Support combinations of axes and mathematical formulas. These axes are calculated automatically and do not need to be entered.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Alerts generated by assessment changes are visible in the Monitoring Section.
- Alerts can be reported using widgets and scheduled for email notifications.
- A new Assessment Matrix Widget is available in the Chart Section of the Assessment Program, providing a visual overview of stakeholder assessments for easier analysis.
Stakeholder Page Enhancements
- The latest assessment is displayed on the stakeholder’s main page, with the ability to view detailed records based on the two pinned axes.
- Overall assessments from different programs and historical assessments can be viewed in the Assessment section of a stakeholder's page.
Access Levels
- SE - Assessment Manager: Can create and configure programs, edit, and delete assessments.
- SE - Assessment Data Entry: Can link stakeholders to programs and perform assessments.
