Add a Value to Your Assessment Program

Values are the options that you will have when performing an assessment. For each axis defined in your program, you will have to select a value when assessing your stakeholders.

Add a Value to Your Assessment Program

1. Navigate to Assessment programs in Stakeholder engagement.
2. Select and open the assessment program to which you want to add a value.
3. In the left hand record menu, click the + Add in-line option for Configuration and select Values OR select Configuration and click the + Add button for the Values list in the Configuration information page.
4. In the Axis drop-down list, select the axis to which your value will apply.
5. Specify the name of the value in the Value field.
6. You can specify a value in the Order field to force a particular ordering of your values during assessment. It will also determine the order in which the values are displayes in the Assessment Matrix.
7. You can specify a value in the Score field if you want to link it to a calculated value or perform quantitative analysis on the values of an axis.
8. You can select a Color to have it displayed when this value is represented in graphs and on maps.
9. Flag the Active field if you want this value to be active.
10. Click the Save button.

Edit an Value in Your Assessment Program

1. Navigate to Assessment programs in Stakeholder engagement.
2. Select and open the assessment program for which you want to edit a value.
3. Mouseover the value which you want to edit.
4. Click the Edit button on the right hand side of the Values list page.
5. Modify the information as needed.
6. Click the Save button.

Deactivate a Value in Your Assessment Program

Existing assessments will retain the value when it is deactivated, but it will not be possible to select it in new assessments until you flag the Active field again.

1. Navigate to Assessment programs in Stakeholder engagement.
2. Select and open the assessment program for which you want to deactivate a value.
3. In the left menu, select Configuration.
4. Mouseover the value which you want to deactivate.
5. Click the Edit button on the right hand side of the Values list page.
6. Unflag the Active field.
7. Click the Save button.

Remove a Value From Your Assessment Program

Remonving a value should only be done if it was entered by mistake. The value will be removed from all assessments where this value was selected. The assessments will still exist, but the Axis will be empty for these assessments.

1. Navigate to Assessment programs in Stakeholder engagement.
2. Select and open the assessment program from which you want to remove a value.
3. In the left menu, select Configuration.
4. Mouseover the value which you want to remove.
5. Click the Remove button.
