Duplicate an Assessment Program

If you want to create a new assessment program that will use the same assessment method (same axes and values) as another one, the simplest way is to duplicate an existing program.

Duplicate an Assessment Program

  1. Navigate to Assessment programs in Stakeholder engagement.
  2. Select and open the assessment program which you want to duplicate.
  3. Click the Action menu in the upper right corner of any information page.
  4. Select Duplicate assessment program.
  5. Modify the standard duplicate name to the name you want in the Value field.
  6. Select the project the new assessment program belongs to in the Projects drop-down list.
  7. Use the Stakeholder type drop-down list to select the type(s) of stakeholder assessed in this program.
  8. Use the Engagement plans drop-down list to link one or several engagement plans to your assessment program.
  9. Flag Copy axes to copy the existing axes to the duplicated assessment program.
  10. Flag Copy stakeholder list to copy the existing stakeholder list to the duplicated assessment program.
  11. Click the Duplicate button.

When duplicating an assessment program, the following elements are not duplicated:

  • Engagement plans
  • Historical assessments
  • Generated alerts
