View Details of an Assessment in the Assessment History

The assessment program retains all historical information of the assessment of any stakeholder done in the past.

View Details of an Assessment from the History

  1. Navigate to Assessment programs in Stakeholder engagement.
  2. Select and open the assessment program for which you want to view details of an assessment.
  3. In the left hand record menu, select History.
  4. Like any list page, you can use the quick filters and column headers to sort and filter your data.
  5. Mouseover the assessment record which you want to view.
  6. Click anywhere on the line to bring up details of the assessment record.

If you click on the stakeholder name, you will open the stakeholder record.

 

Remove an Assessment Record from the History List Page

Note: This action is only available for specific users with either of the profiles: Superuser, SE - Administrator or SE - Assessment manager.

  1. Navigate to Assessment programs in Stakeholder engagement.
  2. Select and open the assessment program for which you want to remove an assessment record from the history.
  3. In the left hand record menu, select History.
  4. Like any list page, you can use the quick filters and column headers to sort and filter your data.
  5. Mouseover the assessment record which you want to remove.
  6. Click the Remove button on the right hand side of the history page.
