If you set up some alert triggers in your assessment program, they will be generated upon assessment of a stakeholder if the conditions for the trigger are met.
These alerts can be viewed in different ways
- They can generate email notifications.
- They can be used in Analytics to create widgets and reports.
- They can also be viewed directly in the assessment program.
View Details of an Alert from the Assessment Program
- Navigate to Assessment programs in Stakeholder engagement.
- Select and open the assessment program for which you want to view details of an alert.
- In the left hand menu, select Alerts.
- Mouseover the alert record which you want to view.
- Click anywhere on the line to bring up details of the alert record. If you click on the stakeholder name, you will open the stakeholder record.
