Record Status & Workflow

An audit policy can have one of the following status:

Active: After you add a new audit policy record, its status is automatically set to Active.

Inactive: Use the deactivate option on the workflow menu to set the status to inactive. When an audit policy is out of date, or is no longer relevant, you can deactivate it (using the workflow tab) so that it cannot be selected in any new audits. When the status is inactive, you will not be able to make changes to the record.

It is possible to reactivate option to set it back to Active. 

Changes to the status are recorded in the action history table.
